About Us – Amy’s African Hair Braiding

At Amy’s African Hair Braiding, we specialize in authentic, high-quality African braiding styles that celebrate culture, beauty, and individuality. To best serve our clients, we now have two convenient locations and only accept walk-in appointments. This means that we are no longer accepting appointments, but you're welcome to come in whenever you are available during our operating hours 6 am to 6 pm 7 days a week.

As we navigate the challenges posed by rising product and shipping costs, we have made the difficult decision to implement a $20 charge for all color braiding hair. This change ensures that we can continue to offer you the highest quality braiding experience.

We want to reassure you that natural color braiding hair (colors 1, 1b, 2, 4) will remain included in our services at no additional cost. Our dedication to delivering top-notch services is unwavering, and we are grateful for your understanding and support during this transition.

‼️ Braiding can take a considerable amount of time to complete, so having the hair already washed and blow-dried allows the stylist to focus on the styling aspect without the added time of Blow drying. All clients should arrive with their hair already washed and blow-dried to save time and ensure a smooth process.

To ensure your satisfaction, please inspect your braids carefully before leaving the shop. Once the service is completed, it is the client's responsibility to make sure the desired outcome has been achieved and to address any issues with the style within the initial service timeframe. We do not offer REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES AFTER 24 HOURS OF COMPLETION. IF YOU NOTICE ANY ISSUES WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AFTER 24 HOURS, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ANY REFUNDS

We take photos and videos of our clients around the shop every single day. These photos/ & or videos may be posted on our social media, website, or other marketing platforms. By visiting Amy Hair Braiding, you're giving us permission to record and share your braid transformation. If you're not comfortable being featured, please let us know before we start, and
we'll respect your wishes.

We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly to our stylists or the salon management. We are committed to resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
